Contest Rules

1. General. By submitting an entry to this contest, sponsored by F+W Media, Inc. and Dan and Jennifer Media, Inc. (the “Sponsors”), the entrant acknowledges and agrees to all of these Official Rules. By entering the drawing, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the contest itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsors, whose decisions are binding and final. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this contest.

2. The Contest. The contest will begin on October 12, 2009, and continue until April 15, 2010. During this time entrants will submit a picture (locatio n only) of the wildest location where the entrant has engaged in sex as well as a 25-50 word description of the place and the background information on how you ended up doing it the particular location. THE SUBMISSION OF ANY OBSCENE MATERIAL WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST.

Subsequent to the end of the contest, the sponsors will select one winner based upon four factors. The Ecstasy Factor which would m easure of how erotic and sexy the place is. Calorie Burn which would be indicated by how physically demanding each position or place is. Kink Level which would be indicated by h ow much this place or position will push the normal person’s boundaries of what society considers being ‘normal’ sex. The Risk Factor would measure the chances of getting injured or caught in the act .

The Sponsors will contact the prize winner via email within ten (10) days of the end of the contest period. Failure to respond to notification of having won the prize within ten (10) business days will result in its forfeiture, and another winner will be chosen from the remaining eligible entries.

3. Eligibility. The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States , ages 18 and older, except employees of the Sponsors, their parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees. There is no purchase necessary for participation in the contest. The contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable federal or state laws and regulations.

4. How To Enter. You may enter by completing the online entry form, which includes name, address, email address, and other information. Each entrant must be the registered subscriber of the email account from which the entry is made. You may enter up to three (3) times during the contest period. Any additional entries received over the limit of three (3) from any one person or email address will void all such entries. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.

Entries cannot be acknowledged or returned and become the property of Sponsors upon receipt. The Sponsors have the non-exclusive right in perpetuity on all content contained in each entry including, but not limited to, the photographs submitted.

By submitting an entry to the contest, entrants agree that the Sponsors and their employees may contact the entrant via email with information about the Sponsors’ products and other promotional messages. If at any time, you do not wish to receive these materials in the future, please use the unsubscribe procedures contained in the email message.

5. Selection of Winners. The Sponsors will screen all entries received and will select the winner based upon the above-cited contest criteria. This selection will take place on or about March 8, 2010. The decision of the Sponsors with regard to the selection of the contest winner and in all other matters is absolute and final. The contest winner will be notified by email on or about March 8, 2010. The odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these contest rules, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

6. Prize. The contest prize is a three day/two night trip for two to the Grand Canyon . The prize package includes round-trip coach/economy-class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsors at their sole discretion) to Flagstaff, AZ; three (3) day car rental of up to a full-size vehicle for ground transportation to the Grand Canyon and hotel; two (2) nights accommodations at the El Tovar Hotel (single room, double occupancy). Winner must complete travel on or before December 31, 2010 or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsors will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this contest, and those set forth by the Sponsors’ airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. If winner is under twenty-one (21) years of age, travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsors are not responsible if any portion of the prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except in Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Transfer of the prize is prohibited. All taxes and all other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at their sole discretion.

7. Release. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner’s name, city, state, and /or likeness for purposes of advertising, promotional, and other purposes in any media without compensation. The winners’ names will be released to any participant who requests it in writing.

8. Reserved Rights. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors, they reserves their right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. The Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they believe has tampered with the entry process. The Sponsors and their employees assume no responsibility for any error, omission, deletion, defect, or unauthorized access to the contest entries. The Sponsors and their employees are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest.

10. Release and Indemnification. By entering the contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their employees from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the contest, including without limitation personal injury, death, legal consequences, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.

11. Limitation of Liability. In no event will the Sponsors or their employees be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of any aspect of participation in the contest.
