I think it would depend on a few things...one is the strap on. Many have a little pouch that holds a vibrator, others have actual dildos in them. That can make it feel real good to the person who is doing it. The other is the sexual pleasure of being in charge...this is rather different, but it in itself can turn a woman on a lot.
I personally use a pair of ben wa balls while I use the strap on. They go inside and move about providing good sensations. Couple that with a good rhythm and great mental stimulation and I get very turned on.
