Victoria: You know exactly about this guy what he wants you to know. The fact that you're having this strong of a fear response tells me that something just isn't right. Often when you get that feeling in your gut that something is dangerous, there's a reason for that. Your intuition may be picking up on something that your conscious mind can't or won't see.
