Where can I take her if we get in a relationship?
I'm 16 (sophomore) and I won't be able to drive other people until May. The girl I'm "going for" is a senior. We're decent enough friends, and I see myself with a reasonable chance of going out with her, but here's the problem: I can't drive yet, and I don't have much of an independent life yet. I hang out with my friends, usually at the movies, but I don't have too much of a social life outside of my own home, school, and music. She drives, and seems to be fully independent. I've learned to love myself, but that doesn't mean I have very high self esteem or self confidence. I feel like I'm good enough for her, but that I wouldn't be able to offer much in a relationship because I can't even move around independently. Another problem with this is that she may see this, consciously or subconsciously, as a turn off. What is some advice for if we get together? I really don't know what I would do (God forbid my parents drive us around).
