NightBreed: You have nothing to apologize for. It's a perfectly reasonable question. She's obviously interested. My question is why would you even question that. If she's talking about moving in, she's obviously interested.
My advice is, if you're interested, make her break up with the other guy before you and she get together as a couple. You don't want to start your relationship in deception. That never turns out well for anyone.
