Ok, to be honest and frank it doesn't really have any benefit.

If you really want to try it you can wear a condom and use lots of lube. Take it very slow, and keep communication going and stop if anything begins to hurt. Any hurting can result in unwanted damage. Bleeding can cause infections because the wound would get dirty really easily.
