There are techniques that involve stressing the penis repeatedly. These work, but you need to know that the risks involved have not been systematically studied. I imagine they work by weakening the walls of the blood vessels that lead to an erection and we don't know what the effects of this will be 20 years down the road. There are surgical procedures, but only about half of the people who have the surgery are happy with the results. Xero is right. There's no pill that works for this. Hypnosis is touted as a solution, but the evidence is pretty clear that it doesn't work.

This is one area where it's easy to drop a lot of money in exchange for the risk of permanently injuring oneself. Caveat emptor- -let the buyer beware.

In anticipation of the hate-mail I am going to get for the people who promote these procedures, let me say "Show me a controlled study on the procedure and I'll change my mind."
