Well if she says that she enjoys doing it there's really no harm in simply asking for it.
She seems like she's pretty up for it, so just tell her that you really enjoy having her do that sort of thing.
Of course, if you find out that she's actually not comfortable with it try to come to some sort of compromise. See if she'd be willing to have the occasional "Fantasy" night where you try to fulfill each other's sexual fantasies.
If she enjoys dominating you like that she may be the one to want to initiate it in the end! Just keep trying (Unless she, for some reason, REALLY doesn't want to do it), but always be respectful of her, as she hopefully would be to you.
