I am curious of other alternatives for birth control. Besides condoms, which can hurt, irritate and kind of get in the way.... I am avoiding hormones at all costs right now, as I think they are making me sick. And I guess i'm sick of always having that responsibility laid on me. I have offered my guy alternatives with the Rhythmn method and getting an ovulation kit to see IF and WHEN i'm ovulating... so in theory we can avoid those days. But apparently he isn't keen on either idea.... although, I'd be curious to get the ovulation kit just to see if my body is even ovulating... which i have suspected it is not.
So, just wondering if any of you guys out there have other ideas to use for birth control.... I"m out of ones. Condoms irritate me down there pretty bad, plus i used to have an allergy to latex... which I would rather NOT have come back. I have been with my guy for almost 6 years... and it is mentally demeaning, at least to my sexuality and esteem, to go back to using condoms.... doesn't feel the same and hurts...
So, it isn't like this is a new liason....
