In your post, the thing that majorly stuck out to me was "SHE broke up with her boyfriend", not HE broke up with her. I'll tell you this from a girl's point of view, she's over him. A girl thinks a lot before breaking up with a guy and we make sure we don't want to be with him before we end things. So don't think she still has feelings for him. Ask her if she wants to grab lunch sometime, it's important to do something very casual first since she just got out of a relationship. See where things go from there. Good luck =)
