Hello. its is never to soon, but if you want to show her that you really care about her then show her you're emotions and feelings towards her with out words and saying "wanna go out?" yes by asking you get the response faster but you want to show her and let her see with her own to eyes that you are serious about her and ready to take it to the next level, so dont make her feel like your want to rush into things. But if this take to long and shes allready notice and you can tell she likes you more then man up and ask her. But first you have to read her body language first to make sure she is really into you.
