Ok, dont ask her out yet but ask her to do some after school activities. Not in school after school activities but like to the movies, restaurant or anything fun that you both can enjoy. Like a date or if you wanna call that, dress up nice, just be you. And if she wants to, pick her up if you are able to drive, if not, ask you're parents to drop you two off where ever you're going to. Dont ask her like (wanna go out on a date?) but like (wanna go out to the movies with me?) and hopefully if yes, you can take her somewhere els after like to eat, fair, bowling, etc, whatever is good to go and fun for her interest. At this point, you both can get to know eachother more and more, and be able to talk about stuff that you ussualy dont talk in school. Remember asking a girl to be you're girlfriend isnt a subject you want to jump on to, as much as you want to, but for the best, be patient. And i know for sure that you will notice something about her that she do,say,act,ect that you wont in school. So get to know her outside of school and remember to just be you're self. Guys choke in a date not knowing what to do,say,act,etc during the date unless they planed something.
