Absence of fear and anxiety is essential for the female orgasm. Other studies have found an absence of activity in the brain during orgasm.

In other words, you have to relax and let go. Give yourself permission to cum.

And then, while using your vibrator, use this technique:

3 points of attention:

Focus on the crown of your head (this also causes relaxation)
Focus on the tip of your nose
Focus on taking deep breathes in and out (this also causes relaxation)

Focusing on 3 points of attention turns off negative self-talk, fear anxiety and clears the mind.

Also play some baroque music in the background to increase your relaxation. Maybe even some candles and aromatherapy as well.

Also avoid foods that increase anxiety eg sugar, junk food, processed food and "energy" drinks. Stick to fresh organic food and pure water.

And stop taking prescription drugs because they cause anxiety & depression. Use natural cures instead such as direct sunlight and exercise.
