I can tell from your post that you're very angry. In reality, discrimination is becoming much less problematic. Most of my bosses have been women.
I know that the statistics say that men make more. I know you're not going to like this, but I have some experience in statistics. If you select men and women with equal years experience AND who work equal hours per week, the difference between salaries drops to under 10%. You can research that .
From a man's perspective, the only one limiting your power is you. Guys are going to hit on you. Your power is the power to say yes or no. You can choose to be sexually passive or aggressive. You can choose to adopt a traditional female role or a more modern assertive role. I personally don't want a doormat.
No one can change your life except you. If you're not happy with your level of power, then learn to assert yourself. If people are telling you you can't , you may need to take a close look at whether you're associating with people who build you up or tear you down. The women in my life are very assertive and will quickly go for what they want. You may need to adopt some of these women as role models.
