There is plenty of information available regarding anal sex. If you are concerned about having loose bowels as a result of anal sex you have nothing to worry about assuming you do this only occasionally and your partner is "normal" size. If you're going to be doing lots of porno videos with anal sex then you might want to do a little research, first.
But, as Beagle said, it will have no effect on the size of your ass or any other body part.
