Pleasing your partner is an enjoyable experience. Most strap-ons do not have a dildo on the other end so it is just a mechanical device for penetration. There isn't likely to be any real physical pleasure for the "do-er."

Using the ben wa balls is interesting. Here is something we do using a Penthouse Vibrating Golden Egg. We use this during intercourse.
