My perineum teared !!! help me please

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for about 8 months and we have been having sex for the pass 6 months. it wasn't until two days ago that he wanted to try something new so we tried dogy style but i wasn't that wet and his pretty big... well it was really weird cuz it hurt ALOT so later that day when i was washing down there i noticed that i teared my perineum its a small cut but I am very scared and i don't know what to do please please help
i need to know how to care it
and what to avoid doing

I'm sorry but from what I can understand it is a piece of skin that runs from (if I am correct) your anus to the vagina?

I would handle It with care and make sure to wash it any time you feel necessary. Just due to stuff that comes out of that area. Just take care when you are washing it, and I would lay off the sex for a bit until it fully heals.

I suggest you tell your boyfriend so he understands what happens and why you need to stop having sex for a little while. He should understand and it's better for him to know rather than be left in the dark. Communication is going to be key in this.

I think its important to remember that those areas are extremely sensitive and need good care to repair! . so my advice is to wash it everyday, out lotion or vaseline on it 3 times a day and try NOT having sex for a while, and tell your boyfriend the reason . tell me if didn't work, i'm a MD student i know the good prescription for it.
