Should I wait or go on dating?

There is this girl I have met and I would like to ask her out. She is unlike every other girl I have been able to get to know because she is everything I would look for and she doesn't just want to get in bed or show off her cleavage like the other girls I got to know. From her body language it seems like she likes me but I only see her three days a year at a annual party.
YES, I Know I blew the opportunity to ask her out.

So my question is should I wait a year to see her again to ask her out or should I just forget about her and start fishing again and wait till I find another girl?

man you realy missed that shot but there might still be a chance for some thing just try to look her up or if you have her number and try to have lunch or dinner some time just as friends and then if she still is acting like she like you.act on it man dont wait around because it might be to late by next year
