how do i ask her out?

okay. so here is the story. im 16 and she is 16. i recently told her i like her. i've read alot of stuff afterwards saying not to tell her you like her.too late now i guess. she calls me adorable all the time. she recently told me that we should hang out more. neither of us can legally drive alone yet, so we cant just meet up in town one day and just hang out. the only time i ever talk to her is on myspace and at school.i want to ask her out but i dont know how to do it. any advice would be greatly appreciated

You said that you can't just "casually meet up somewhere" so I'm confused... How would you take her on a date?

when i said that, i meant that our parents or somebody else would have to take us there. we cant drive to town to meet up without somebody else tking us there.
