how to tell if a woman is interested in me ?

Ok, this woman who works in a hair cut place where I go has asked me if i have a girlfriend,and also has asked me if i had plans for the weekend?Now with this and other questions she asked me no other girl working there who also cuts my hair have ever asked me those questions.Just her shes the only one who have I am curious if i should stike up a conversation to ask her out.I like her and I think her asking me these questions also she likes me a little.When I went there with my brother he got his haircut but by some other girl,that girl didnt ask him much because i was watching,the girl whom may like me also got to a blushing and walked away to get the next person for their haircut.So with this should i even bother to ask her out I have been pondering this question for days even weeks.She would i think be fun to hang out with.But I think im blowing it I think shes giving me all these hints that she digs me but im not taking them sheesh,what a loser I am.I have some confidenece to ask her out but to ask her there is just weird.ALOT OF ADVICE COULD HELP ME!!!!My brother says I should ask her out.So any advice would help me
