Confidence Issues

Ok this is the situation... Im 23 and have been single sense I have left highschool. I haven't had so much as a date sense. I suffer from what is know as a low self image. I have a twin brother, who is generaly considered more atractive than me and I fall is his shadow. Those friends who are female and are taken tell me that I should have no problem finding women. I would have a much higher self image if I had a girl but there comes the catch 22

I can empathize with you on your feelings here. I'm sure there is something you are very good at and your brother is not so good at. Even if it's something that seems silly, it's still something that you excell at. Use that talent or skill, be it writing poetry, or playing video games, or anything in between, and make it a strong point of who you are. In other words, use that talent or skill to boost your self confidence. It is very true that women are attracted to confidence as much as physical traits. You may also need to seek counseling to help you get over your self confidence issues. There is no shame in seeing a therapist, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise!

Just by the fact that you realize there is a problem you're already a step ahead of some people, and you've made your first step towards success!

I know there are things that I can do very well... there is no doubt about that, I have acutlly talk to a theripist, but after many seasons with many different people I am no closer to anything, at some point some of my friends called me "just having bad luck" with women. Stuff like this happens all the time. I meet a girl at random place and get a number, and within the 24 to 48 hours it takes me to give them a call they already have a new person of interest. The first time or two I just chalked it up to an "oh well" but after the fourth it starts to get depressing... A friend of mine had given me the same advice some years ago and I took it to heart but it still hasn't helped... at the moment Im just looking for a new prospective and if anyone can help they have my thanks but if not no big deal...
