my girl friend dumped me, nothing sexual happened between us and we are friends. I want to get back with her but I don't want things to get worse between us what should I do?

I think the first thing u need to do is talk to her. I broke up with my ex a while ago and its been back and forth but I found talking is what helps the most.
The first thing u need to do is really think whether u really want her back or are just lonely or missing her. How did you guys break up? Are you still friends? Is she seeing someone else?
Either way if you sit her down and tell her how you feel then at least its out there and you can both think about it or talk it over. Give her space after you tell her, she needs to think it out especially if she is with someone else.
You have to be prepared for regection tho, she could have moved on or is just not intersted in seeing you anymore. In that case you need to do your best to move on too. If she still cares about you then she will either want you back or say she needs time to think.
Letting her know and leaving it in her court is the only thing u can really do. After that go forward knowing you did everything you can and maybe not being together is for the best. Good luck.
