He definitely doesn't have a problem, he's just secure enough in his relationship to understand that his wife still loves him, though she enjoys sex with another man (and he enjoys watching XD). I think love and sex aren't necessarily connected, atleast directly. I know a lesbian woman who enjoyed a very long, happy marriage with a gay man. They obviously weren't sexually inclined with each other, but they both were very romantically in love, and didn't mind that each other had a partner on the side.
