I too have a foot fetish, its so bad at times I cant go to the beach
but I agree unless you are conformable with it I would keep it to yourself, I learned long ago not to just talk about this in casual conversation with casual people. I am almost 40 now and the people I do call friends all know about it or most of them do and they make some silly remarks and stuff but its all good then. I even got one buddy checking out womans feet now also and he laughs that once not to long ago he thought them gross but cause of me he has learned to appreciate a lady's foot. Remember there is nothing wrong with you and you are not crazy nor sick in the head, just what many man feel and think when they look at woman breasts you get that same feeling from their feet, and in my case legs also. And I have learned that many woman are open to this at first they might think you are nuts and even laugh but when the foot rubs and foot kissing, and pedicures start to head their way they open up to it lots. I love painting womans toenails and taking care of their feet. I would suggest that you learn how to do a good foot rub and pedicure and then one day just start doing it to the woman you are with, You dont have to talk to her about it at first, just kinda go in easy about it and after giving her feet a good rub and pedicure, nibble on them a little, tell her that her toes are cute and as she starts to get in the mood a little slide her foot to your groin as you nibble and rub her other foot, take it slow and see how she responds... You will be very surprised how many are open to this. but too some are not open to this at all and shy away, if they do then you know then she is not for you. relationships are give and take and acceptance of anothers flaws and desires as long as they are not harmful to you or anyone else then both she and you should be open to one another desires.
