The movie you see isnt just like they shot it. They take breaks while filming, plus they edit it. I doubt porn actresses are willing to jeopardize their health like that. They probably use a condom then edit out the part where they take it off before she puts him in her mouth.

There are so many porn vids out there that do the whole oral after anal thing. It makes me feel kind of sick to just even watch it (yet most of the time I still watch it till the end, go figure).
