Isn't there a bacteria risk involved here?

Some people do that but it's pretty rare and it's a REALLY REALLY REALLY bad idea.

Most porn is 99% fiction, don't pay attention to the details. It's amazing what you can do with editing magic that the viewers won't catch.

I think that's the danger of confusing the real world with the movies. In movies, you can do that safely. Of course, you can also smash a car window with your fist without breaking your hand. In real life, if you tried that she would run from your apartment and think you were a major sicko. Also, it would be a very real health risk.
