Default Need some help

Alright, i just started working at this place and its a pretty interactive place, you have to deal with the public alot and talk to people and stuff like that, well ive only been working there for like 5 months now, and one of my co-workers has strike my interest. she a great person with awesome personality, and we always have fun when we work together, the only thing i dont get is if she likes me or just as co-workers. she always talks about me to our main manager and stuff. The only thing that i cannot come to do is to confront her about it, i guess maybe because i dont want it to become not fun working with her. plus the place i work has stupid policies about employee relationships i dont know what to do anymore.

I think first of all you need to look at the policies of your employer. That is the main thing that you kind of cant damage in your life, there aren't many jobs currently, and you do need to make money.

Then once you review that we can work on the girl. You need to state anything out of the ordinary. Like physical signals that she sends you, anything that would be noticing.

If there is nothing out of the ordinary, she might just think of you as a really great guy. Or a really good friend.
