Default thank you dan and jennifer

Thank you, Dan and Jennifer, for your thoughts on age differences in relationships. I was a little hurt by Bass saying that one partner being 25 and the other being 40 was a "creepy" age difference. I'm 22 and my boyfriend is 40 and it's not creepy at all. Though, I definitely think that age matters, especially when you're so young (trust me, I know I am), but I also think it's pretty relative and that it can definitely work. I just hope it works for me.

Don't let it bother you, that's just outside of his comfort zone.

Yeah, it does when you're talking life experience and where you are in your life... but it still comes down to - does it work for you. Don't stress about something that isn't actually a problem - who cares what someone else thinks.

Good luck and just take it one day at a time. Keep us updated!

This sounds rather dramatic to me. If she had any hint that you were "deeply in love with" her though you've barely spoken it might be a bit scary for her. Don't say this to her, either. You'd either sound insincere or that you don't really know what love is. How can you be "deeply in love" with someone you don't even know?

Be calm, sincere, and take it slowly. Don't be so dramatic and scary.
