I am starting to have feelings for a girl AGAIN, the problem is shes going out with my best mate.

So i used to like this girl, and she started going out with my best mate, so i had to draw back a little bit, but recently, me and her are starting to get closer together, we had a harmless afternoon together which we both enjoyed but shes still going out with him none the less.
When he ignores her (for video games etc) she sometimes comes to me for comfort. This is great except i think im getting feelilng for her again, and with their occasional arguements i dont want to get false hope.

What do i do?
I want to avoid the "get over her" option if possible.

If she's dating your friend, she's off limits. You don't want to be the guy who steals his best friend's girl. That's not how you want your other friends to think of you.

If you approach this girl you will have broken the cardinal rule of Bro Code! No one wants to be that guy, and you will have to live with that for the rest of your life. Yes, you might be able to get into this girls pants once, but believe me, it's not worth a lifetime of anguish. Take the high road, and you will be rewarded by not being a jerk to your best mate, which is FAR more valuable than this girl. There may (again, this can be really tricky to pull off!) be an opportunity after they have broke up, but while they are together she's definitely off limits.
