I lied and i dont know what to do

ok I want to get to know this girls rightt but a few weeks ago I put "She's something :P" in my msn status. So she asked who it was but i didn't tell her right away because it was her. So then i finally tell her and she goes "are you serious.....?" and I'm like oh shit maybe shes not interested in me like I thought soooo then i go I am jking. The she starts getting angry and saying like well if it was me then i would stay on and talk to you and then I am like ohh shit maybe she was interested in me. So then i sent her an email like this one :

"I didn't want to tell you right away because I didn't want to seem like I was coming on too strong.
I'm was confused on how i felt, and I wanted to wait for the right moment to tell you. I'm sorry that it may have seemed like I was trying to keep a secret from you or lieing to you in a way, that is the last thing I wanted to do. I was just unsure of how to tell you of how i was feeling, and what i said earlier about wanting to get to know you i meant it"

So then I she says hi the next day and then today again so then i ask her is she was still mad at me she said idk so i was confused on what shes doing like why is she staring of convos but she doesn't know if she is pissed at me. Is she waiting for me to break out and tell her how dumb I was or what? HELP PLEASE

I think you should clear things up with her. You made the mess and now it's time to apologize. I think letting it go isn't going to get you anywhere.

I think if you explain your self to her and why you lied she may like you. It seems if she does and you need to fix it now rather than wait.

If you lose her it's ok you will find someone else even though you don't think you will now but you would.
