Default Love at first sight

I am just curious, has anyone experienced love at first sight before?

Can you define it maybe.

I dont really know if you can consider.

Me looking at my (wasn't GF at the time) and saying, wow that girl is really cute/hot and I love/like/lust her?

We are currently together and I do love her. Would that really count?

I have also heard you will just lust over someone until their yours but it depends on what you want to know kind of.

I think what you described would probably count.

Ok, then I guess you could say it was love at first sight.

But do I truly believe in it, I'm not totally sure. I'm no discrediting my relationship, but I just think, and find many people just lust over someone rather than truly love them.

I'm not trying to say everyone is like that either. I'm just saying that some people may confuse and mistake lust for love.

I think that some people are just not sure what they are experiencing until they find out what love is. Then they would be able to go back and decide if it was really lust or love at first sight.

Thumbs up

According to one of my college professors, men tend to fall in love right away and women have to get to know a guy first before they fall in love with him.

I think it is very common to feel some kind of connection with another person the first time you meet him or her, but I would characterize this feeling as more likely infatuation and/or physical attraction than real love.

There was a guy once who told me that he fell in love with me at first sight, and he was so sweet and so romantic on our first date that by the end of the evening, I was thoroughly smitten with him as well. However, we were both young teens at the time, and emotions tend to be so very intense at that age.
