I looked over the visitor message that you sent me. I do understand that my advice may not be the best. (I'm not being mean) But I do believe talking to your self or others can build confidence, same with weight lifting. The reason for the weights because it will release hormones that will make you feel confident about your self.
I find that some advice helps some times. I know and understand that all of it doesn't, there have been a few people that I have helped out a lot. I find it some times to be hit or miss. I think everyone just tries to help the best they can even if it's of very poor quality.
