In any case I will have several questions:

what do you mean by :[*] You can actually tell what their inner needs are!

And it would be really helpful for me to tell not only what one should not do, but to also give examples of things that illustrate what you suggest. Many thinsg you say just left me confused, because I dont have idea what to do, only the idea what NOT to do.
