What do i Do if i think i love someone but never meet the person but talk to them every day?

Okay like the question said ive been talking to someone for maybe bout a year now we've actually met over xbox live. and i really got to know her alot crazy a lot but she told me that people she mets online are always wanting more from her they start acting weird and stuff and i dont want to be like that and just end a great friend ship but i think i really love this women but i dont want to tell her cause if she says NO then a damn really good friend ship down a hole. so do i just keep talking to her and just keep it going and see what happens she doesnt live that far away from me so thats not really a big issue but i do really think i love this women we have so much in common just to much its weird some times. i just hope something might happen but it probely wont so please help any body this question probely gets asked alot but o'well but yeah i just dont want to tell her that i really like her but damn it might just sound fucked up or just a cliche or something well yeah help if you can

You're not in love with this woman, you're in love with an image that you've created in your mind. That image may or may not match the real thing. There is no relationship until you've met face to face. If you're interested, all you can do is ask if she'd like to meet. And she's right about relationships that start on line leading to "weird" behavior. I know people that met online and are happily in relationships, but they had to go through some psychos to get there.

Online is a new social outlet, so we're still learning how it works. I can tell you with 100% certainty that you don't know this girl even though it feels like you do. IF you're interested, ask. The worst that can happen is she says no.

Be safe, and respect her need for safety. Meet in a public place. Suggest something that's not too intimidating, such as meeting for coffee. That way if either of you are uncomfortable, it's easy to bail. If there is chemistry, then you can always plan a longer activity.
