how do i get my ex back, even though she wants some time apart
my girlfriend recently broke up with me on thanksgiving. me and her had been close friends for 3 years before we finally dated. we were dating for only 3 months and now shes saying shes unhappy and needs some space. also she says that she needs some time to be 17, im not quite sure what she means. i need some help im in distress.

Give her the space that she needs first. When she comes back you should ask her to clarify what she meant and talk it over.
(by the way, I've had my question up for... maybe a month and no one has responded, maybe 100 views by now... so don't feel so bad  )

Coming from a girl...she broke up with you. Theres no space there. Girls love relationships but she didnt know what else to say to you other than she needs space. Ive used that many times..you two are done, sorry.
Wait until about march and maybe put the idea into her head with a heart felt written letter and let her call you or talk to you if shes still interested but if not then you need to let her be.
