What does it mean or what is she trying to tell you when she tells you she talks to her friends about you.

I'm going to bet that you're fairly young. In reality, women talk about us all the time. I didn't know this until I worked in an otherwise all female practice. You would be amazed at how much detail they go into
 If she likes something, she's talking about that. If she doesn't, she's talking about that. Since she's talking positively, that means she's interested.
