Should I ask her out yet?
Hi, my name's Sean (:
I'm only 15, i've started talking to this girl in my school recently and i've basically fell in love with her. We make eye-contact and there's this weird tension when we're together, I think she likes me but how can I be sure? Thanks

It sounds like she's ready to be asked out. Just ask. The worst thing she can say is "no."
Asking a girl out is a compliment, even if she has to say no for whatever reason. Compliment her.
