here's the story in a nutshell.

been seeing a girl for three years. the problem is that she still lives with her ex boyfriend. they have separate rooms and she claims that they have not had sex since he left the bedroom 3 1/2 years ago.

they also own a small business together. he won't move out. she is basically his mother. she has to do everything for him.

she never stays overnight at my place. after every evening out together, i have to take her back to their place. it's a rental.

am i a schmuck for still wanting to see her? she won't tell the guy to move on and he won't do it himself.

I think its better if you stop seeing her and move on.

The issue is her boyfriend, and her not letting go.

Until she does this I don't see your relationship going too far.

Yeah, I think it's time to move on. It doesn't sound like this is ever going to turn into the relationship you want. Time to look elsewhere.
