Best place for a first date, for a shy girl and a shy guy, and how do I ask the shy girl? HELP!!!!
One of my best friends is someone that over the last year i have fallen in love with, how do i ask her out without making it awkward.......... i dont know what to do because i dont want to ruin the friendship, so yeah a best place for a first date and how do i ask her thanks! once again we are best friends, we also talk about 3 hours on AIM a day so yeah we are both painfully shy

you both are best friends, so honesty is the best solution. being shy is very normal, especially, with your inner feelings.
i would think that 'at home with a movie' would be an excellent approach. you both will feel safe and be a lone.
how close you sit next to her will give you and her both an idea of how close you both want to get.
all of us ladies love the shoulder massage. it helps us relax. just try a little touch and rub. if she's comfortable with you touching her, then keep it up.
