I've tried everything and still can't orgasm!

Dear Dan and Jennifer,

For years I have been trying to have and orgasm, but nothing ever happens. No matter how much I try, I don’t seem to be able to do it!

Can you please help me what should I do, I have tried so many things.

If you've REALLY tried everything, then it's time to see a qualified sex therapist - someone who will go through all the details around your sex life and figure out what's causing you the problem.

This therapist may or may not recommend that you go see a medical doctor. We don't recommend a doctor as the first step because you MAY be able to fix this without getting on a pill for the rest of your life.
