get a piece of fishing line, tie one end to your penis, the other end around your neck.
/jk you can't straighten your penis but just practice to make it go higher, (sounds weird huh? but yeh it will work). it doesn't really matter as long as you get hard, if you struggle to get hard then you should see your doctor.
