How can I increase my sperm count?

I have allways wonderd if there a way to increase our sperm count? ither by eating some type of food or fruit,etc. Allways wanted to know of a more safer natural way to increase our sperm count other then taking these pills or cream that may not even work.

Google "increase sperm count" and check those sites that seem credible - webmd.com, etc.

Well unless you are trying to get someone pregnant I don't see the point.

If you are having unprotected sex with multiple non-monogamous partners, yes it can "hurt" you.

Not if you are with one lover and want to show her that you got healthy fertile for future family, and also if you are smart and ontop on things, idoubt ucan get someone pregnant. Not saying accident dont happend cause anything can happend but you make sure you're doing things right. Idont think any woman out there wants a guy to be shooting blanks.

Idont need to see a specialist cause i made this post not just for me but others that have more complicated problems with there fertile. Have you ever tought towards you're on how big of a load you can shoot and suprise you're love'd one?, most girl just drop there jaws when they see a huge load.

I have three kids, we are both fixed and we are very active swingers so large loads don't interest me.

If that gets you excited though, go for it.

This is not a medical site. If you know people who need help please suggest they see a specialist.

Actually, it is difficult to make out the meaning of your sentences - "suprise you're love'd one?". What does that mean? Please help. And what does increasing one's sperm count have to do with "a huge load" and why would a woman be impressed with that?

Your post is confusing to me.
