Hello. I have been sexually active for about 4-5 years now. The longest i have been able to last without cumming is about 2-3 minutes, and i know i could last longer the second round, its just im never excited enough about sex to go another round.

Is there any way to last longer without cumming? My average time is only about 20-30 seconds! Its so embarrasing! Any advice you have for me would help out! Thanks Dan and Jennifer!

The good news is, from an evolutionary biology position, it's better to cum quicker than longer. My guy has the opposite problem - he takes an hour to cum. I think he lacks sensitivity and is not a very visual person, so my guess is you are over sensitive and hyper visual. For me, I'd like a guy to last 15-30 minutes. That gives me enough time to get off 2-3 times.

I'd suggest you make sure your partner gets off first with foreplay, oral, etc.

Pace yourself. If you start to get carried away, slow down. Think non-sexy thoughts from time to time.

Try pinching your penis at the base to slow things down. You can also try a cock ring.

A condom will decrease sensitivity, so you might try that. Does closing your eyes or keeping them open help? Have you found any positions that are less stimulating for you?

A lot of guys cum quickly the first time but are good to go for round two. You might not be excited enough to go for round two, but your partner may be! Have you tried giving yourself 20 minutes or an hour to recharge?
