Exclamation How to avoid injury and other unplesant stuff while having anal sex?

I know you have covered this topic a lot but I still have a question...

I have recently heard from someone that works in the hospital where I live that there have been cases where girls had anal sex with their boyfriends and had surgery to stitch their... butts. And now they have to have some bags (or something) attached because they can't hold their "stuff" in anymore and keep soiling randomly.
So what I'd like to know is how to avoid things like that if you want to try this kind of stuff safely.
And what if you don't want this to be messy? It must be really embarrassing if you fart while having anal or stuff sticks to his equipment.
And what can happen if you don't use a condom while having anal sex?

This might sound stupid to you, but we've only ever had sex education about our periods and condoms and vaginal sex. No one really told us about what can happen with oral or anal sex or what not...

Anal sex: use lubricant, don't be too rough and no sticking light bulbs up there.
If you don't use a condom, then you're incredibly likely to catch an STD. And, beforeand after anal sex, toilet wipes. (that's all I'm saying).
For more information, see the thousands of videos about anal sex on this website.

Default Be Careful

To avoid injury be sure to use enough lube and when you think you have enough use more. Be sure your partner is relaxed and is in a position in which it is not pulling tightly on the anus. Go very slowly it's not a race. REMEMBER GO SLOW. If your partner says it hurts then stop. No pain should be involved for pleasurable anal sex. Don't do it every day. Once a month or two should be more than enough. If you are careful and take your time, and be sure no pain is involved then you should have little worry about problems with colostomy bags. Remember this is a special treat not an everyday thing. Dont go putting things like baseball bats or other things in there. And always remember NO MEANS NO and STOP MEANS STOP!!!!!! Other than that be careful and use your best judgement.

Default Start off with smaller objects

and then get bigger. The anus/rectum is extremely stretchy when it is RELAXED.
