Does the Prejaculation book work?

I got the e-mail with the link about the Prejaculation book, as I am sure a lot of people have, it was in an e-mail from Dan & Jennifer's tips for female orgasms. I wanted to know if it actually works, meaning does it help men sustain and prolong intercourse allowing for better sex and love making. I am trying to figure out if this is just like all of the other schemes that I have come across.
