The thing here is that you can't force her into it. If she isn't comfortable with it, she ultimately gets the final word.
If you'd really like to give it a shot though, do your research and communicate with her. It's unlikely that you'll want to (or you'll be able to get her to) have sex with some random guy, so find out if there's anyone in your area who's into "swinging", or maybe even ask if there's anyone she'd be interesting in having sex with. Talk to her about the idea. Bring it up gently and subtley, but also honestly. Tell her that it's something your interested in at least trying. Tell her you'd make sure everything was completely safe, as in having the guy be someone who seems worthy and using condoms and all "safety equipment" (and make sure you follow through with that).

But no matter what you do, it's still completely up to her. She'd be the one having sex with the guy, so don't push it on her.
