Well....better you don't like the taste than the consistency.
You're going to get it in your mouth if you bring him to orgasm even if you don't swallow. Plus there's precum. Have you tried a lozenge? A minty one might be interesting for him as well. Use something that has a strong flavor for you that will offset the flavor of his semen. It's great that you want to do this for him. But it is much less important whether you swallow than that you bring him to orgasm.
