Get a doctor to prescribe SSRI antidepressants.
They delay ejaculation.
ex: Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Lexapro, Celexa, etc.

I would not recommend this this could have adverse affects on your health.

I would recommend reducing the amount you masturbate if you do. That can lead you to coming faster.

Check out this video on lasting longer by D&J.

The SSRI's that slittylicker mentioned can work very well to delay ejaculation, with minimal side effects. However, beware, SSRI's are a relatively new medication, and there haven't been too many long term studies...however, no serious side effects have surfaced so far.

Problem with SSRI's are that they can kill your sex drive and erection quality...these side effects are sometimes only temporary and improve.

You should keep the SSRI's like a back-up plan though. Oftentimes a man just needs to go through some basic ejaculation control training, though. There are certain common mistakes that men make (over-tensing the PC muscle during sex, losing control over arousal levels, zeroing in too much in erotic stimuli) that can cause premature ejaculation. When corrected, the situation can be greatly improved without the need for medication.

Besides ejaculation control training, with a little piece of an SSRI to boost, you may want to try out Male Multiple Orgasms.

Not only is it a cure for premature ejaculation, but it allows a man to maintain his erection after orgasm.

The technique can be repeated each time a man is approaching orgasm, allowing him to have as many orgasms as he wants, and last as long as he wants without losing his erection.

I had this trouble before. I used to be able to go about 15-30 minutes every time, but then it dropped to 3 minutes out of nowhere. I think it was stress and health related. Get physically fitter and reduce stress. That helped me out.

Default Read "The multiorgasmic man" by Mantak Chia

It's in just about every public library or download it from a torrent.

I was on Zoloft at one time and it took forever to cum. Prozac is a little less potent.
The SSRI's are a very effective way to manage Premature Ejaculation.
They don't cause ED but they do delay ejaculation. They are being prescribed for this condition.
Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa, Lexapro, Paxil, etc.
