Default Research Based Approaches

Amazon.com: Intimate Connections: David D. Burns: Books

Cognitive therapists use this book for homework, but a research project tried giving it to people on a waiting list at a counseling center and found it worked well on it's own. It is a totally scientific and readable approach. I recommend it to clients and I have received nothing but positive feedback.

Default Here are some instructional videos on the female orgasm

Why aren't people educated on the female orgasm? Because men have suppressed women and female sexuality since forever. Medieval men used to enslave vaginas in chastity belts. Some men in Africa cut the clitoris out to prevent women from having orgasms (or any sexual pleasure) and some sew up the vagina when they go away on "business trips". The Victorian English even had a sex manual instructing women not to grunt during sex and just what for their husbands to finish. The female orgasm is real and is more powerful than the male orgasm. That's why men have suppressed it. They're afraid that women will cheat on them and leave them for a better lover if women discover their orgasmic potential.

From an evolutionary perspective, the female orgasm is a sexual selection device. When women orgasm during sex, the chances of contraception almost doubles. The female orgasm literally sucks sperm into the uterus. Women are designed to orgasm from the best men and have their babies. Guess what? We're all descended from the same men and women and so the female orgasm has become more elusive to select the cream of the cream. However, the female orgasm has been deciphered and is presented to you in these how to videos.

The most important part of these videos is that you actually DO IT. Don't live inside your head. Don't say to yourself, "I don't need that. That will never work. I know everything there is to know about the female orgasm." Get into the real world and get the RESULTS. I showed these techniques to my friend who was a virgin, he DID them and made his (first) girlfriend cum during his first sexual experience. He's 19 and she's 25 and sexually experienced. When I asked his girlfriend (who is Chilean) what she likes about my friend (he's Californian), she said many things, but one thing that stood out was her description of him: "porno" (she said it with a Chilean accent). I asked my friend what that meant (in spanish) and he said "Exactly what it sounds like." I teach these techniques to all of my friends, but very few actually do them. How do I know? Because the ones that DO can't stop telling me how powerful they felt after making their woman's entire body shake from the orgasm they gave them. I see the sexual confidence in their eyes and their satisfying smiles. When I bring up the techniques with my friends who haven't said anything to me, they try to change the subject. When it cums to sex, they're just pussies. That's why their girlfriends are uptight and bitchy. Little do they know that the No1 reason why husbands divorce wives is because of female infidelity (see Dr Laura Betzig's research) and the No1 reason for female infidelity is because husbands aren't giving their wives orgasms (see Dr David Buss' research).

Anyway, here's some instructional videos on 3 kinds of female orgasm: C spot, G spot and A spot.

YouTube - Female orgasm | C spot | Clitoris| Demonstration with rubber vagina

YouTube - Female orgasm | G spot | Female ejaculation | Squirting | Demonstration with rubber vagina

YouTube - Female orgasm | A spot | Demonsration with rubber vagina

When I was new to college, and basically couldn't get a date with a shotgun, I came across this book in a bookstore and it totally changed my life. It is the most down-to-earth book I have ever read and produced immediate results.

When I became "Single again" in my 40's, I tried some of the PUA stuff, and totally crashed and burned using it with a great girl. This book has real ideas for real people. It doesn't promise that every woman you meet will fall into bed with you and even cautions you about getting sexually involved with them too soon. I've recommended this to plenty of people, with the statement I would buy it from them if they weren't in love with it. I have yet to buy one.

it is Amazon.com: Love Tactics: How to Win the One You Want: Thomas W. McKnight, Robert H. Phillips: Books

Best wishes. I can speak to this with confidence since I wasn't the high-school cool guy. I know what it's like to have to overcome awkwardness in meeting people. Happy dating.

Default Free Assessment and Coaching Call

Sensovi Institute has some great FREE resources.
  • Our Hot Topics section addresses common sexual concerns
  • The Ask the Doctor page allows you to submit sexual health questions
  • We offer a free trial of our E-Sensual Woman program (for orgasm difficulties, low arousal/desire, painful intercourse, or enhancement)
  • However, I think our best FREE sex ed resource is our Life Test. It is an online assessment, and it asks questions about your daily life, your relationships, and sex. We score it and email you a free report with our feedback and recommendations. You can also get a FREE E-Coaching call or email from me. I can talk with you in more detail about the results and about what help (at Sensovi or elsewhere) can benefit you and help you reach your goals.
Thanks Dan and Jennifer for your great sex-positive presence on the web, and for connecting people to the resources they need!
