Comment on swinging as an interracial couple

Hi guys. I just came across your show on is it ok for white swingers to play with black swingers and I just wanted to add my 2 cents.

As an interracial couple in the lifestyle we have noticed a few things that some ppl still seem to consider too taboo. Case in point, we were traveling to Missisippi to visit family and decided to see if there were any on-premise clubs near us in case we had some free time and just needed to get away.

After a little research we found one club that had a lot of positive feedback and I decided to contact the owners for some info.... imagine my shock when they said they don't allow Blacks in the club. There are also other places around the country that have told us we were too large, too old (we're both 40), not hot enough, or even not rich enough.

It occurs to me that just as open as ppl are about sharing their sexual bliss with others, they are just as closed minded of others, often using the word "Preference" for the more apropos "Exclusive" in their playmate choices.

While one is completely in the right to have standards for those they choose to share their bedroom antics with, I would hope the requirements aren't as stringent for those they choose to just be social and/or civil with.

I was just wondering, what has been your GENERAL experience with being a biracial couple in the lifestyle. Of course, there is a certain percentage of any population that is just plain ignorant. However, has prejudice been the TYPICAL experience with the swing community? I would suspect MOST organizations and couples to have a very "live and let live" approach to such issues.
